Four years in real estate. She is responsible for operations: publishing and maintaining the inventory across portals, reviewing the brokerage agreements, and the legal follow-through on every transaction up to the signing.
Put simply: she's the one who makes sure what the listing promises is exactly what the contract says.
We have our own agents in Mexico City, Monterrey, Los Cabos, Mérida, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, the Riviera Maya and Tulum, where we know the market first-hand. Elsewhere in the country we coordinate the transaction through our network of partners.
